    The remodel includes a new internal stair connecting the existing three flors, kitchen remodel on the main floor, new lower level with radiant floor heating and new bathroom.

    The addition consists of a new dining room at the main level with deck and stair to the garden in the back, roof top deck for the top floor and a lower level with a new suite and deck.

Construction start scheduled for March 2010.
