The tubular structure leaves a great deal of freedom
in arranging the interiors in a multitude of ways.
Large openings on two sides allow for a design that
takes into consideration light, views and circulation.
A multitude of roof configurations are possible,
      including a roof-top deck and/or solar elements
      (warm water and/or PV).
Current studies include 20', 40' and 60' long modules.
      in a 20'high x 20'wide configuration.

Very short construction time (compared to
traditional framing) allows for greater flexibility
      in the use of resources.
Pre-engineered construction elements can be simply
installed in sequence using non-specialized labor.

The dimensions of the provided joist-locks are simply
determined by the size of the TJI's to be used, while
a constant depth ensures the familiar 16" OC spacing.

Economical and green, the system will provide a
home that can be built fast and inexpensive while
      taking into consideration the environment.
Large openings allow for views and natural light
and thick walls for extensive insulation which
      adds to the savings.
The exterior structure leaves the interior open for
      a multitude of configurations

The modular nature of the system allows for a
variety of combinations that can pertain to any site.
From stacked configurations to horizontal ones, from
individual- to multi-units, this system uses the same
      pre-engineered elements.
Whether floating units for flood areas or reinforced
for earthquakes, avava SYSTEMS brings creative modular
building where prefab and the container failed.
